A few things sit outside that: hair and makeup, attire, invitations and stationery, event-day insurance, and guest transportation. We provide referrals for hair and makeup through our preferred vendor network, so even the exclusions come with a shortcut attached.
We offer three tiers. Classic package covers venue access from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, coordination, a full catered menu with a three-tiered cake, six hours of photography plus an engagement session, a silk floral package, DJ and emcee services, ambient string lighting, professional bar and service staff, and a sparkler send-off. Choice package adds real china, deluxe menu options, fresh florals, eight hours of photography, and a classic car send-off. Elite package adds ten hours of photography plus videography, live musicians, premium florals and décor, unlimited consultations, and your choice of a helicopter exit, fireworks, or the classic car.
Ashley Maryanski, our Event and Vendor Coordinator, is the reason a compressed timeline stays calm. She makes vendor recommendations based on your style and budget, handles introductions, keeps communication running with everyone, and manages the timeline right through to the day itself. Our planners Kadie Hudgins, Kirstin Harper, and Rebecca Jackson handle day-of execution.
Couples consistently tell us the vendor matching is the part that surprised them. Instead of vetting strangers from scratch, they get introduced to people who already know our kitchen, our acoustics, and where the light lands at golden hour.

The main reception hall runs 5,400 square feet under 30-foot vaulted ceilings, with polished concrete floors, ambient string lighting, and large sliding doors opening onto covered patios. Estate tables and our signature bourbon barrel standing tables come with the space, giving guests somewhere to set a drink during cocktail hour, while two custom bars handle the actual bartending service. The ceremony arbor is included, and the mountain and vineyard backdrop needs very little help.
Then there are the bison. More than twenty of them roam the property, and the ranch's founder, Kim Chapman, is a first-generation rancher whose care for the herd and the land comes across to visitors. Guests and photographers notice it.
Tours run 60 to 90 minutes and are never rushed. Bring your guest count estimate, your preferred dates, and your questions about packages. We are between Dahlonega and Cleveland, Georgia, in the Blue Ridge Mountains, on a 61-acre property that is comfortably accessible from Metro Atlanta.
How many guests can the venue hold?
Up to 280 guests with a rectangular table layout, or up to 200 with round tables. Tables and chairs for up to 250 guests are included in our packages.

Kim Chapman, a Georgia native and UGA graduate, is a first-generation rancher. To embrace this new way of life, Kim sold a successful business and left life on Lake Lanier to move to the mountains and embark on this new venture. He has a son, Kyle, and a daughter, Kaci, both in their mid-twenties. As a child, one of Kim’s favorite hobbies was collecting buffalo nickels, and he has always been a lover of big animals. This is evidenced by his canine companions, a Great Pyrenees named Prince, and a Leonberger named Samson. He is excited to offer his God-given resources to others and watch them multiply.
